When we first met Carly a year ago - my husband and I were charmed by her professionalism, her maturity, her confidence, enthusiasm, her commitment to her work, her calm demeanor, and her visions. We knew we had found the jewel that would make our wedding a memorable experience. Both Carly and Sarah was responsive and patient to all of our concerns. They had so many creative ideas that pulled our vision into a reality. Carly are Sarah are both exceptional people which makes them even more exceptional wedding coordinators. Our wedding day ran absolutely perfectly thanks to the effort that was put into it from all of the staff involved. Carly in particular was always very helpful in all of our meetings and contact that we had with her and she played a huge part in making sure everything ran the way it was meant to. Beth and I cannot thank her enough for making the day as amazing that it was and we wish we could put those few hours on repeat forever!

We wanted to let you know how wonderful our Wedding Day was! Every minute detail was perfect, the food and service impeccable and every one of our guests commented that they felt it was the very best wedding they had ever attended!!! Thank you soooo much for all of your help in the lead up to the wedding and on the day Both my mum and Alex's mum commented on how wonderful you were, Sarah. Alex and I are really appreciative of everything you did - we have no negative feedback whatsoever. Planning was easy, your responsiveness was fantastic - I think that is one of the most critical things for brides planning destination weddings, knowing that you can get in contact quickly and easily, despite the distance. Even though we did love the idea of a waterfall ceremony, the chapel worked beautifully as a back up plan - I think that is another great benefit of having the wedding at the gardens - good back up plan! And the reception venue was absolutely amazing! It looked stunning. The staff at the Barrel Room were wonderful, the food was amazing and the general set up of the room was great.

How can I put into words how wonderful our day was, the weather was perfect, the venue room looked absolutely amazing everyone commented on how beautiful everything was and what a wonderful time they all had. Both, Kelly & Sarah made our day stress free and wonderful and Philip and I, Kim and Stan want to thank you both so much for the wonderful job that you did in making the day just perfect for everyone.

Sarah is an incredible planner with attention to detail. She was very thorough and very efficient when emailing and chatting with us on the phone. Sarah is definitely a huge credit to HVG and should be congratulated on her fine work. She ensured our day went very smoothly and our guests are still talking about how great the wedding venue, food and beverages were.

Our co-ordinator Carly, was very friendly, relaxed and never pressured us for payment or information. Our wishes were always listened to no matter how small the matter. I felt a lot of comfort knowing that someone was watching over the running and organising of our wedding. On the day we could relax and enjoy ourselves because we knew we were in good hands.

Carly, I just wanted to thank you very much for all the wonderful work you for Carla and Dave's special day. Especially the fireworks, how fantastic was that, it really helped make our night.
