With a beautiful Chapel and a selection of courtyard and garden locations for your wedding ceremony, Hunter Valley Gardens truly is a unique destination for your special day.

Completed in 2001, Hunter Valley Gardens Chapel is a stunning location for any wedding.

Capable of seating up to 150 guests, the Chapel is lined with white Magnolia trees and features a beautiful courtyard and magnificent views of the spectacular gardens.

Set with two picturesque lakes and the Roche Wines Tallawanta Vineyard as the backdrop, this venue will create a truly memorable wedding experience.

Chapel & Chapel Courtyard Administration fee:

• $750.00 (incl. GST) for weddings which hold the reception in-house.
• $1000.00 (incl. GST) for weddings which hold the reception at another venue (available at 11am & 1pm only).

Inclusions:

• 3 beautiful floral arrangements by Floral Effects.
• A co-ordinator to supervise the ceremony.
• Full audio system including CD player, microphones, outdoor speakers and church bell.
• Use of the private Chapel Courtyard.
• Access to the Chapels' Gardens (the Bridal Party only) which provide the perfect setting for your wedding photographs.

Booking Times:

The Chapel can be reserved for Weddings or Christening  at the following times only.  Access to the Chapel is available for 1 hour and 15 minutes from the booked time.  Please note that the 3:00pm and the 5:00pm time slots can only be booked by those holding their receptions on-site.

Themed Garden Ceremony:  $750.00 (incl. GST) - with reception held at Hunter Valley Gardens

Please enquire about ceremony only bookings (subject to approval and availability).

When you hold your wedding ceremony or reception at Hunter Valley Gardens, you have the opportunity to have your wedding photographs taken in a variety of locations across the property, with the exception of a chapel only ceremony where photos in the commercial gardens are not available.

Chapel Gardens

Inclusions:

• Access to the Chapel Garden for a 2-hour period.
• A host to guide and assist the wedding party.

Cost: Included in the Chapel hire cost

The Commercial Gardens

Inclusions:

• Access to the Gardens for a 2-hour period.
• A host person and buggy to guide you around the Gardens.
• Available only to in-house wedding parties.

Cost: ~ No charge when you hold your wedding reception in the Garden Terrace.
~ $250.00 (incl. GST) for weddings who hold their receptions at Harrigan's (subject to availability)

Other areas around the property where you are able to have photo's taken (subject to availability) without incurring an additional cost include:

• Picnic Grounds
• The Village
• Harrigan's Vineyard
• Hunter Valley Gardens Feature Wall (cnr Broke & McDonald's Road).
