Garden Tours

Guided Walking Tours

Walking Tours are hosted by knowledgeable and experienced guides and are available for groups with a maximum of 20 people per guide.

The tour takes 1 hour to complete and covers various aspects of the Gardens. A cost will be provided to you on application. Where possible it would be appreciated if bookings can be made at least one month in advance of your visit and selected available dates apply.

 

 

Visitors should bring a hat, sunscreen, insect repellent and a folding umbrella or raincoat.
Guided Train Tours

Motorised Train Tours are available at $7.00 per Adult and $5.00 per child and are provided by our experienced Visitor Services staff. The 25-minute continuous tour aboard the "HVG Express" complete with a full commentary and is a very interesting and informative way to cover a large portion of the Gardens.

Whilst viewing the Gardens, passengers are asked not to get on and off during the tour due to time constraints.

The train departs every 45 minutes and carry a maximum of 20 people each. We recommend that you arrive at the pick up point 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time.

We have dedicated Staff members available to assist with your bookings to ensure your group enjoys a hassle free experience with us.
