• Hunter Valley Gardens maps and a summary of the program related to up to 6 colour-coded walks, each delivering similar outcomes in different areas of the Gardens.
  
  
• Supervisor Prompt Sheets for each main garden area. Prompt questions and /or activities to encourage maximum student participation using all of the senses.
  
  
• Student Worksheets – for each main garden area. They may be used during your walk or as follow-up (post) activities back at school.
  
  
• Post activities for the classroom.
  
  
• Curriculum outcomes which can be achieved from your school visit to Hunter Valley Gardens.

• Pre-school $5.00 per child (1:4 supervision ratio)
• Primary $10.00 per child (1:10 supervision ratio)
• Secondary/Tertiary $12.00 per child (1:15 supervision ratio)
• Additional helpers/parents $15.00 per person (discounted rate)

Please note that supervisors/carers are free of charge based upon the ratio outlined above.

If you have special needs children, who have a carer dedicated to them, please do not count this in the ratio.
