At Hunter Valley Gardens we endeavor to provide exhibits that complement the vegetation in our Gardens. Moats, waterways and elevated walkways can be dangerous. An accompanying adult must supervise children at all times.

It is an express condition of your entry and your participation in the activities conducted by Hunter Valley Gardens that you do hereby, for yourself, your heirs, executors, assigns and next-of-kin and each of them release, waive and discharge Hunter Valley Gardens, its officers, directors, agents and employees of and from all liability, claims or demands for all injuries, losses, damages of any kind or nature to your person or property or to that of any minor under your supervision, whilst on the property of Hunter Valley Gardens.

No filming or photography for commercial purposes should be carried out in the Gardens without prior written consent from Hunter Valley Gardens. In the gardens, no picnicking, no BYO alcoholic beverages, no pets, no skateboards, no rollerblades/skates and no pushbikes are permitted.

E-Tickets may be purchased through this website only with a major credit card. Your account will be debited at the time of ordering and payment processing fees may apply, reflecting bank fees and administration costs charged to Hunter Valley Gardens for credit card transactions. All prices include GST.


Tickets may also be purchased at Hunter Valley Gardens entry desk with cash, EFTPOS or a major credit card. No personal cheques are accepted.
Entry to Hunter Valley Gardens is granted by presenting a printed E-Ticket (either colour or black & white) with identification for concession tickets or Local tickets. E-Tickets are valid for 12 months from time of purchase unless otherwise specified.


Handle your E-Ticket as you would cash and do not buy from or attempt to sell to anyone an E-Ticket – it has no resale value. Tickets are non-refundable and lost, damaged and stolen tickets cannot be replaced.
