Explore each garden and enjoy an exciting journey through flowers, trees and shrubs with an air of discovery at every turn.

 

Bask in a lavish array of colour and scent in the Rose Garden, with more than eight thousand roses on display; laze above the 10 metre waterfall and take in the superb views from the lookout or step back in time with all your favourite fairytale characters in the Storybook Garden.

 

The Gardens are open daily from 9am – ideal for an alternative incentive venue or partner activity you could even have it at our new venue The Barrel Room.

 

Special team building activities have been designed to suit our property including a Chocolate and Fudge Making Class with our Chefs, the Amazing Race, Hands on Hunt, Wine Tours, Hands on Blending, Hands on Location, Mini Olympics and Trivia Nights.

Harrigan’s Irish Pub & Accommodation

Another great option when holding an event in the Hunter is Harrigan’s Irish Pub. Harrigan’s has become an icon in the Hunter Valley and no trip to the Hunter Valley is complete without experiencing a little Irish charm. The defining feature of Harrigan’s is its fun-loving friendly atmosphere or ‘craic’ as the Irish call it. As such Harrigan’s offers a series of special themed nights including James Bond Casino Nights, Poker in the Vines, Moulin Rouge, Beach Parties, Mexican Nights, as well as All Things Irish.

These nights include theming of the event location, tailor made menus based on the chosen theme, appropriate music, DJ or live band, movie screenings to create the atmosphere, special performers or guests to set the mood, and appropriate dress for all delegates either a gift to be given on the night such as Hawaiian leis, Mexican hats, or formal attire which can be specified in the themed invitation we will create for you to send out to all of your delegates.

Harrigan’s theme nights are developing a reputation for being the best part of any conference. So whether you are in the Hunter Valley for a more formal conference but looking for a light-hearted team building experience Harrigan’s can provide the perfect venue. The Sports Bar has a warm and intimate feel perfect for dancing and disco nights. The Deck and Terrace areas are both outdoor and undercover and take advantage of the stunning views of the surrounding Brokenback Mountains and vineyards.

Our Conference & Function Centre provides comprehensive, first-class facilities and a venue which can be tailored to suit any occasion - gala dinners, special events, sales presentations, conferences, training seminars and product launches.

In keeping with our commitment to excellence, we offer business facilities and extensive opportunities for team building activities. About Our Rooms

The Lodge Room
Situated within the main section, the Lodge Room is available for conferencing for up to 30 delegates. The Lodge Room features full length windows and opens onto a terrace area with an executive conference group and is also easily transformed into a formal dining room.


The Riesling Room
Situated within the main section, the Riesling Room is open for breakfast daily offering delegates a full country style buffet breakfast. Also available for your Hunter Valley conference lunch giving your delegates the opportunity to break away from the conference room and revitalise for an afternoon session. The Riesling room features open fireplace, natural light and is suitable for private dinners for up to 110 delegates.


The Shiraz Room
Designed to cater for large conferencing groups for themed banquets and other functions, the Shiraz Room adjoins the Chardonnay Room allowing direct access for group lunches, dinner and trade shows. Suitable for banquets for up to 250 people, it is equipped with full bar and commissary kitchen.

The Chardonnay Room
A modern, air-conditioned conference room with abundance of natural light and like the Shiraz Room, opens out onto a garden terrace area, suitable for tea and coffee breaks and light meals. The Chardonnay Rooms full-length glass windows on one side can be fully blacked out for audio-visual purposes, it also features high ceilings and a large drop down screen. The room is ideal for conferences of up to 130 delegate’s theatre style or U shape for 40 delegates.

The Semillon Centre
Our newly completed state-of-the-art conferencing centre contains the latest audio-visual technology and comfort. Designed for various sized conference groups or functions, featuring four rooms with 4m high ceilings, broadband, data cabling and video conferencing facilities. The Semillon Ballroom caters for up to 250 guests, theatre style and can be split into 4 separate rooms.
